The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Got a call to confirm the day before. Driver was on time , friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely use again. Van had plenty of room.

Blue Sky was prompt and friendly. We used them for our group of 6 to pick up at Kona airport and take us to the hotel and then to return to the airport. Both transfers were smooth and on time.

Blue Sky Transportation provided a prompt and helpful transfer to the Kona Airport from Hilton Waikoloa Village resort. We had a late flight departure time change, and they courteously adjusted the time of pick up the evening prior to departure. Our driver arrived on time in a very clean van to transport 3 adults and all our luggage. Highly recommend.
