We were supposed to be picked up at 11:00am at the hotel we were staying at. The airline changed the flight and it was earlier. I called Viator and was told by a woman that they had a stop after they picked us up and that they probably couldn’t get us to the airport on time. I asked her what I should do. She said call a cab. I asked her if I could get the $44 I paid them back and she said no because I would have had to tell them 2 days in advance.The people at the hotel where we were staying were extremely nice- it took them 5 calls to get us a cab. We were waiting for the cab and a van showed up and called our name. I had to run back and ask the hotel personnel if they could cancel the taxi- which they did. This van driver was very nice. I told him what happened- he told me there were no women at his place. He got us to the airport on time. We had to pay him $35. We had already paid $44. We just gave him the money because we were so happy to be dropped off at the airport on time. I would never use this company again- WAY too confusing. And to top it off they won’t give me a refund.
