After being met in baggage claim and receiving assistance with your luggage, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to your destination. Upon departure, you will be picked up from your door and transported comfortably back to the airport. For a real Hawaiian welcome, choose the lei greeting option! As long as you give your phone number, it’ll be super easy! I received a call and text right when my plane landed. They actually keep track of your flight info to accommodate for delays. A representative was waiting at baggage claim calling my name — she was exceptionally kind and helpful. Gave clear directions where to head once I had my bag. Had two drop offs before me and we still made excellent time after a long day of travel!
