Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
Adult pricing applies to all passengers.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
We will send a 2nd confirmation including meeting point and pickup time information 48 hours prior to your pickup date.
If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call or email us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.

Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My driver was kind, on time, and extremely helpful with my luggage. The best part was he knew exactly where I needed to go :). When arriving at Heathrow, not having to figure out how and where your going was a great treat and the best way to start my vacation.

Driver was very good. The experience was bad. The company is now blaming it on the fact a trainee set the appointment up and provided us the wrong meeting location. We waited 45 minutes at the pick up spot we were given. The driver waited 45 minutes at a different location. Again, the company claimed a trainee entered the information wrong (repeatedly referred to as a “clerical error”), which doesn’t make the experience any better for us.
When we tried to contact the company at the airport through the app it took 3 times to get a response. Finally I was contacted by someone the company claims was also a trainee. The woman insisted I was not at the correct pick up spot and insisted there was no such spot in that terminal. She was wrong, because we were standing right there. Two more phone calls before we were told it was a “clerical error” and the driver had been waiting 45 minutes for us. It was poor customer service all around. When we mentioned that we were told there is nothing they could do except cancel the ride and I could find my own way. Hardly ideal after overnight travel and a lengthy wait standing right where we were told to be. They said they could not refund the fare or discount it because the driver had to be paid. We agreed he needed to be paid, and we tipped him as well. However when a company has multiple errors that are blamed on trainees and clerical errors the company should take the loss and refund the customer who followed directions to a T.

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
