Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 30 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal)

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Meet and greet service includes 90 minutes free waiting time from when the flight lands and the car park cost
If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges
The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
The Tilbury postcodes area that we drop off to is RM16, RM17, RM18 & All cruise terminals
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a long ride to the docks to get to the Viking cruise ship in rush hour (a) traffic. We took a couple minutes to locate the driver after he called to let us know he was near. The driver drove safely in the heavy traffic and though we did not talk much but he was very pleasant. We felt safe for the long drive that included getting around a major 8-car crash.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
