If you do not have enough time, I recommend Helsinkitour.fi and ask for Asthaloy Nyman. He was just awesome , he is very proud of his country and he just guide you under the culture, history and main landmarks this beautiful city has to offer. He did beyond his 3 hours tour. Because my wife does not eat fish, and After having lunch in the market square (go for the grilled salmon plus potatoes and vegetables with a garlic sauce), he took us to two different wonderful places for her to eat. He is very knowledge and easy to follow. We enjoyed his company. Ask for him and you would not regret it.
