Combination of Hop-On Hop-Off bus with Historical Sightseeing cruise shows city from both perspectives - from the land and from the sea. Join the bus tour at any of CityTour's Hop-On Hop-Off stops. Rock Church, Sibelius monument, Kaivopuisto & Eira areas with stunning architecture and beautiful seaside. One tour takes approximately 1 h 30 minutes. From 2nd of May buses operate every 30 minutes between 10:00 and 16:00 1h 30 min boat tour by Royal Line: Best of Suomenlinna Sea Fortress (incl. the inner bay), Kaivopuisto Park, historical neighbourhoods of Kruununhaka and Katajanokka, churches, ports, icebreakers, summer cottages and saunas. Excellent value, especially for the 3 day package. Got it from the cruise ship every day and they even let us take our bags on board on the last day to get to the Central Station for the train to the airport (which was also super good). Stress free and good to have short but enjoyable boat trip as well.

Great drivers, see a lot of the city. The boat ride is amazing. This is a great way to learn a lot about the city. Good value for the price.

The tour of the city is 1.5 hours and so was the boat tour. The boat tour included is the red line. We also took the blue line which does a tour of the archipelago, versus the city tour. Hop on, hop off is the best way to see the city from the comfort of a seat, while listening to explanations. After taking the tour, we felt like we really knew the city. Strongly recommended.
