This is a truly authentic tapas tour that takes you to parts of the city devoid of tourists, where you discover the locals’ go-to bars-- the perfect place to practice your Spanish (no English menus!), and taste the most delicious of tapas Barcelona has to offer. During this food & drink experience, I will show you a hidden and unexpected Barcelona, where we will walk and visit the bars of "El Clot" neighborhood, a 100% local community. You'll eat and drink at family-owned "bodegas" where grandpas and grandmas are still in charge of the kitchen, where they prepare all their tapas, and dishes you won't find in downtown. You'll taste a rich cuisine where local, fresh, and seasonal products pair well with traditional drinks. Expect the best homemade tapas, from artisanal cold cuts to fresh seafood. Come hungry & thirsty to indulge in our favorite drinks, from cava to vermouth. Get ready to connect to our culture, and experience the true Barcelona!

This is a can’t miss tour - Altair is fantastic! He was very friendly, informative, flexible, and well-connected to the neighborhood. The food and wine were both incredible and we would never have found the spots he took us to. Highly recommend.

First time in Barcelona, amazing night to visit local bar and tapas and met new friends. Atair did a great job explaining local food and wine!! Highly recommended if you want to have a night out at the local neighborhood.

This tour was one of the highlights of the trip! The drinks and food were delicious. The owners of the bars/restaurants that we went to were so kind. The host was very fun!
