We had a wonderful afternoon exploring Porto with Orlando. He is knowledgeable, engaging and very keen on showing us the city’s highlights with interesting stories and a historical perspective woven in the tour. Orlando has lived in Porto most of his life and understands what makes this city so interesting and important to Portugal … and it is communicated with a great sense of humor and in a very personable manner making for a relaxing and informative tour. Guide was a last minute no-show. He informed us 3 minutes before we were supposed to meet). I won't belabor the ever changing/growing fact pattern presented or the demeanor of the dialogue. Even if I was able to believe what he told us and the reason for not being able to tell us until 3 minutes before, the tour company did not provide us with any additional support. They did not respond to any method of us reaching out. Ideally they could have found us another guide later in the day (Or early the next) or at least send some type of itinerary so we knew what to do in a City that we've never been to before. If they had provided any support, we would not have had an issue. Honestly, it is a minimal ask.

Great quick trip to Porto walking with Orlando didn’t disappoint! He was very accommodating to our limited schedule and took shortcuts to navigate the gorgeous cities of Porto and Gaia! Brought us to beautiful scenic spots, shared wonderful stories, and introduced us to delicious wine/chocolate. Thank you, Orlando!
