We booked this tour back a month out. We were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we got a text three weeks after we booked it from the tour guide, not TripAdvisor's customer service informing us, that this is not available for the time we booked. She only has 3pm instead of 930am. She asked would we be willing to reschedule? Needless to say, we were shocked and disappointed. When we booked it, it was available what happened in between? Now less than a week from the date we have no tour. We called TripAdvisor and they were not aware she was trying to reschedule, so they told us they would investigate. We never got an answer to why she waited so long to notify us. The only choice we had was to cancel the tour because this was the only day, we had available. Had she notified us right away, we would have had a better chance to book another tour. Guess we will never know whether it was a good tour or not. We cannot rate the tour, but we can rate how unprofessional and inconsiderate this tour guide was. Hope that anyone else that books this tour gets to enjoy it.

Caio gave an extensive tour of the inner city. We appreciated his vast knowledge of the history of Copenhagen and the peek into his private life as a resident. There were many areas of the city that we would never have thought to visit without this tour.

Mia gave an excellent tour of the heart of Copenhagen while highlighting interesting history and art that helped us get to know the city - and some of its special quirks - so well. She was very knowledgeable and quite funny. A great storyteller who knows her history. We loved the tour and felt it was high value. We\u2019re glad we booked it towards the beginning of our trip, as afterwards we had a better idea of where we wanted to spend our time.
