We had an excellent time visiting Hanoi Old Quarter with Lien. She knows the place by heart. Very nice person with an excellent knowledge of the place. Really good recommending places to eat.

We did a 2.5 hour walking tour of the Hanoi old town with Hoa from with locals. It was fantastic. She was very energetic and informative. We were traveling with our 8 and 11 year old kids and she did a great job of recognizing their needs and interests, but at the same time gave my wife and I some good historical perspectives and information. She was very helpful in providing good information about the meet up spot and was available and open to questions and other city suggestions via WhatsApp. I booked several tours withlocals while in Vietnam and I would highly suggest using Hoa as a guide in Hanoi.
