Thank you for a wonderful tour You did an absolutely amazing job. We loved your excursion: it was very interesting, very engaging, you have phenomenal energy and sense of humour, you shared a lot of interesting information from different topics - and nothing was boring or uninteresting. And we remembered quite a lot from what we learned. You have a great talent for what you do. Thank you so much for amazing couple of hours together!

An interesting walking tour and our guide Marco was excellent however we had to wait an hour for him to turn up. Apparently our booking hadn’t been processed. We rang Pink Umbrella several times and had to stand in the freezing cold for the hour it took for them to send someone.
