Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. Get in touch with nature and yourself with this experience. We will mindfully hike through the lush jungle of the Sierra Madre Occidental. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

What a great experience! Highly recommend. Great way to start the day. Nice hike through what looks like Jurassic park that ends on a beautiful secluded beach where the vinyasa flow looks over the water. Diane was an amazing yoga instructor and Jair was an excellent guide. Both have lots of knowledge about the area and pleasure to talk with. Book this experience!

Amazing experience! Very nice thoughtful guide and yoga instructor. Great way to explore the Jungle learning some facts about nature and Sayulita and the yoga on the beach with the sounds of waves is simply the perfect way to relax and recharge

Money well spent for a fun three hour hike/yoga experience! Our yoga instructor, Diane, met us at the prearranged spot and as soon as all of our group member were there, we were on our way to hike to a secluded beach for our yoga class. The hike had some tricky spots so I'd avoid wearing flip flops and go with sneakers if possible...but the views on our hike were well worth the effort! The hike took about 30 minutes, then we had 20 minutes or so to explore the beach. The yoga class itself was about an hour, then we hiked a different (and more flat) route back to our original meeting spot. Just be sure to bring water, sunscreen, and any snacks in case you need them, but you don't have to bring a yoga mat, they are provided. All in all, this was a very fun experience and you couldn't beat the price. 10/10, would highly recommend to everyone!
