Nuuksio National Park reflect perfectly the spectacular beauty of Finnish forest, the Taïga ! On our trip, I will share with you many informations about Finland and it wildlife and flora. Depending on the season, you will have the opportunity to pick berries or mushrooms ! In the heart of the winter, depending on the snowpack, possibility to practice snowshoes during the hike ! During the break in the Taïga, you will enjoy a delicious "Glögi" served with Finnish biscuits. And on the summer, possible to swim in a pristine lake ! I will propose you the perfect trek corresponding to your level of hiking. We will end by sharing an authentic home made Finnish soup served with a traditional bread and beverage in a Laavu, the Finnish fire camp !

Absolutely picture perfect weather. Plenty of snow , no wind & clear skies. David is a great guide & it’s so peaceful & serene to get out into nature. The mushroom soup was beautiful & I would thoroughly recommend this activity

This was a really nice half day trip to get out of the city. David communicated wonderfully the entire time. The meeting location was very central and very easy to find. I did this trip in winter and the park was so magically fille with snow covered trees, but that didn't stop us from learning about the local flora and fauna. We had a little extra time so we climbed up to an overlook and had great views. David provided wonderful snacks and a delicious mushroom soup for lunch. He spent the time talking to all of us and really cared for the group. I'm so happy I booked this and I definitely recommend it for a little get away from the city. The hike itself was easy and all ages could do it.

We had the pleasure of joining a guided tour by David through Nuuksio National Park, and we couldn't be more impressed. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, offering fascinating insights into the local flora and wildlife. The hike was well-paced, with plenty of opportunities to stop, learn, and take in the stunning natural beauty. The trails were peaceful. We especially appreciated the guide's enthusiasm and the way he adjusted the experience to the group's interests. By the way he is a good photographer :). During the hike he served us warm “Glögi” with finish sweets and at the end we ate his self made mushroom soup with mushrooms he harvested himself, delicious! Whether you're a nature lover or just looking for a relaxing escape, this tour is an absolute must. All in all it was a great experience, thank you!! :)
