We had an amazing experience with Hikkaduwa taxi service in Sri Lanka, they have a large fleet of family size vehicles and English speaking drivers who go above and beyond simply driving, they act as guides, historians, bring an umbrella on a rainy day and patiently wait for you to finish sightseeing. Highly recommend this service, I dealt with them twice and things couldn’t have been easier. On the second time I mentioned a long wait between check out and flight so they organised a day trip from Hikkaduwa to Columbo to see the sights then finishing in Negombo for dinner before my late flight. The driver I had was Sajeewa. Great driver felt safe the whole time and had lots of interesting facts about the areas visited.
