    We'll cruise through downtown Historic Amelia Island. Pointing out beautiful homes and historic buildings in the area. Cruise under the shade in style while highlighting amazing sites.
  • Palace Saloon, Fernandina Beach, Florida, United States
    Oldest Bar in Florida!! Yes this is the Oldest Saloon in Florida. Here we get to tour the bar and see where the Carnegie, Rockefeller, and Dupont Families used to hangout when they visited the Island. This is also home to some crazy pirate fights which we'll tell you more about. 21 and older get to sit and enjoy a beverage. If kiddos are on tour, they spend some time with the waterfront with out guide and enjoy some ice cream.

  • Fernandina Beach, Florida, United States
    One of our favorite stops is the waterfront on Amelia Island. Here we'll possibly see dolphins, birds, turtles. As we scroll down Centre Street, we'll show you the Oldest Inn in Florida the Florida House Inn. Florida House Inn was built by Mr. Controversy himself, David Yulee. It was also home to confederate soldiers. Once upon a time it was a pretty notable hot spot for Pirates, we'll tell you why on tour.

    Phelan-Verot House has rich history as it housed the sisters of St. Joseph during the Yellow Fever Epidemic in 1877. From here we will briefly stop by St. Peters Cemetery and learn the history of who's buried there and hear tales of Amelia Island.

we loved EVERY SECOND of our motorized skateboard tour with Hugh! I originally didn’t see any availability online so I called and Hugh moved around his schedule to fit my fiancé and I in! I have never skateboarded before and felt pretty comfortable within minutes of Hugh’s instructions! He made sure we were safe at every turn (even directing traffic around us) and treated us to an island history lesson along the way! It was very cool to learn about Amelia Island’s beginnings / how it got to where it is today. 90mins of riding was the perfect amount to spend an afternoon learning about the area. We cannot recommend Hugh / Amelia island board rentals enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best time on our electric skateboard and scooter tour of historic Amelia Island! We had two teens on the skateboards and two adults on the scooters! Hugh, our tour guide, was extremely patient with teaching us how to maneuver, a wealth of knowledge, and so very kind! The next time we visit we will definitely do the beach tour!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during this tour! My husband immediately took to the board but I had a harder time with it and our guide Hugh was so incredibly encouraging and patient. I never felt rushed or lame. I loved learning little tidbits about the islands and seeing the different stops. Don't be intimidated and give this experience a shot, you're in good hands with Hugh (plus he has other non-board options you can try too!).
