Berat was a truly wonderful tour guide! As a native and local of Istanbul, he showed us some of the most amazing highlights of the city- Grand and Spice Bazaars, Sultanahmet, the Hippodrome and the Old City to name but a few. We had a delicious lunch of chicken kebab at a local spot before taking a stroll through Karaköy, a popular hangout for locals. From Berat’s in-depth knowledge of Istanbul, I learned a great deal about the history and culture of this beautiful and magical city. You will not regret taking this tour!

A great tour. The small group meant you could get a rapport going with the guide that you might not have felt able to in a bigger group, which meant you could ask questions that you might not have wanted to otherwise. Good length and saw parts of Istanbul I wouldn't have known about or felt comfortable getting to on my own, and the guide gave us a crash course on the public transit system (including ferries and buses). This meant I felt confident getting even further off the beaten track today.
