It's classier than a pub crawl and tipsier than a history tour! You'll spend three leisurely hours picking up some history, along with local libations, as you stroll through Savannah's Landmark Historic District. Unlike a rowdy pub crawl, your drinks are already paid for and have been chosen to represent the most distinctive favorites that have come and gone throughout the city's 285 year history. Party like it's 1799 with a glass of Madeira wine (and a cheese plate) at Jazz'd Tapas Bar, then sample six different meads (and even more varieties of honey) at Savannah Bee Company. After the mead, it's time for a mint julep at the 17Hundred90 Inn & Restaurant. Then end with a bang- a glass of Chatham Artillery Punch at the Pirate's House! Let a local show you how to get up close and personal with Savannah's delightful establishments, delicious alcoholic delicacies, and interesting history.

Bonnie was an excellent guide full of history and general information about Savannah and the connection to all the historic drinks we tried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This trip is great for the history lover! Bonnie takes you to local establishment and then walks you through the history of the drink you are enjoying. She shares great stories of how the drink came to be and relates it directly to the history of the region. During the waking portion.of our tour, she shared stories about the creation of Savannah and the history of each square. The drinks were good, the stories were better. It was a truly enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.

Other than the drinks, of course, it was a fun experience to hear the history of what we were tasting, as well as get a great tour of the many sites of Savannah. Bonnie was fun, full of knowledge, and a great guide to start our Savannah experience with.
