Guide never showed up and never received any message of cancellation. I waited outside for 20 minutes.

We had a great time on our tour with Koen. He was the real deal- a published historian and proud local resident of Bruges. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the city and gave us lots of extra tips on places to visit. We even saw his map at city hall!

Absolutely fantastic, can’t recommend highly enough. Walter who took the Sat 9 Nov tour was fantastic, it was so refreshing to have a guide so knowledgeable and passionate about Bruge and its history.
Loved that there was humour in the tour, and it focuses on people stories as well as history. Loved seeing the ‘women’s sanctuary’ too. Highly recommend!
