Being an energetic person and passionate about discovering the world around me, I have formed a great passion for travel. In 2015, I began working as a tourguide, where I had the opportunity to taught and shared all of my friends about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. I have over 5 years of experience leading visitors to destinations throughout Central Vietnam, which has given me insight into the interests and passions of every traveler around the world. Because I was born in Hoi An Ancient Town, close to historical sites and assembly halls, I have a better understanding of the history here as well as Hoi An cuisine. This prompted me to embark on this tour.

Billy was a great host for our food tour. Besides the fantastic food we learned a lot about this food and also from history of Vietnam.

Billy was a great tour guide. He catered to what the group had already eaten, told interesting facts and some history about the Vietnamese culture. His way of teaching us the basics of Vietnamese phrases was excellent. Would recommend this tour if you're in Hoi An and want to eat delicious food whilst being entertained!

Amazing food tour with Mr. Billy! Not only did we get to try some amazing food at places we wouldn’t have found on our own, we were also taught about the town and country. Mr. Billy even taught us some Vietnamese. Highly recommend!
