Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals. Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods. After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes. Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel. 4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert Note: We can cater to vegetarian & dietary requirements

Excellent cooking experience with delicious food to eat for lunch! Friendly, helpful chef. The boat tour was also a lot of fun

It was an amazing tour, Chef Hai was a great guide, the markets were interesting the bamboo boats were so much fun and the cooking class was fantastic. Will be recreating all of the dishes when we get home!

Fantastic cooking class with some added extra fun! The menu didn’t stand out to us when reading it but it was all truly delicious and I will be making it all at home again. Our guide was particularly fantastic!
