    My Son Holy Land was the capital of Cham Pa Kingdom from the 4th to 5th centuries. Exemplifying the height of Cham architectural achievement, The My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious monuments originally consisting of more than 70 structures; the 25 vestiges of which remain today. The builders of My Son were the nobility of the Cham Pa Kingdom who derived their cultural and spiritual influences almost exclusively from India.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My mum and I really enjoyed the trip out by Jeep (old US war one) to the My Son Sanctuary....albeit getting up at 5am! It was well worth it though, to see the sunrise on the way there,visiting a small village on the way...and to escape the crowds who arrive just as We were leaving. We had the place to ourselves....which was great....managed to walk around the ancient sight with our guide Phi....she was explaining things, but also let us have our own time to view and soak up the atmosphere. Attentive without being too much, she was great. And funny. A lunch was provided at an outdoor/indoor restaurant within the grounds of the UNESCO sight...nice simple lunch and Vietnamese coffee. We also asked to stop at the Lotus fields on the way back...since we had the Jeep to ourselves....and Phi explained about those as well. Great day out! Would like to thank the driver (Huang(?) also. he was a great driver :) They dropped us off directly to our hotel...just in time for a siesta after lunch!

This was one of the highlights of our trip. This tour took us to outlying markets and some historic sites. The guide was really wonderful and the food was extremely enjoyable
