We had such a lovely time joining this cooking class in Hoi An! The experience was really well organized, fun, and full of good vibes from start to finish. Our guide, Tâm, was amazing and made sure everyone felt included and at ease throughout the day!! We got to cook and taste so many delicious dishes — banana flower and papaya salad, Vietnamese pancakes, grilled aubergine, chicken cao lầu noodles, and caramelised banana for dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to make with the team’s guidance. The whole group was so friendly, and the setting made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a fun cultural activity, I highly recommend this class!
