Our guide, Jackie was an excellent host. We were fortunate to be the only ones on the tour so it turned out to be a private tour! Jackie was professional and spoke superb English. She was very knowledgeable about the food and backgrounds of the families serving the various dishes we sampled. We thoroughly enjoyed the time with her as we tasted all the excellent food and she satisfied our curiosity about the typical Vietnamese way of life. Highly recommended tour!

We absolutely loved our food tour with Jackie, who gave us so much insight into some of the local dishes and food culture. We loved the glimpses into the lives of some of the locals and tasted (so much) local food. Great conversation also - a great evening.
