During this enjoyable cooking class activity, discover more about Vietnamese culture through its cuisine. You'll browse the fresh produce market in Hoi An before entering the kitchen to choose the ingredients you'll use. Then, come to Tra Que Organic Farm, turn into a real farmer and learn farming techniques from a local farmer. Enjoy a two-hour cooking class while picking up new cooking techniques. Afterward, enjoy eating what you've made. Prepare papaya salad, spring rolls, Vietnamese pancake, fish in clay pot and other dishes. Select from tours in the morning or the afternoon. Receive individualized instruction in a private class. Discover new recipes that you can use at home later.

What a blast! Jessica was a great host and teacher. This class involved riding bikes to the local market for the scoop on buying fresh local produce. Then ride on to the farm to collect the greens & veg. Back to the kitchen for a quick massage & then let the cooking begin! Spring rolls, papaya salad, fish hotpot and savoury pancakes. Eating everything as you go, delicious, informative and just excellent fun. I rate this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved this trip! It was fun to visit the market and find out how to choose the best fruit. They were very accommodating with food allergies and adapted the recipes offered. The farming was eye opening and they were really engaging. I loved the foot massage! The main highlight was cooking which was exciting and Jessica made it really entertaining. The food we cooked was delicious, and kept us going all evening! Highly recommended activity.

We had an amazing cookery class with Jessica! We chose the option to cycle from our hotel, which was through the beautiful rice fields and included a basket boat tour. The scenery was stunning! We also loved seeing the family farm, which is in a lovely organic vegetable village, and trying out our farming skills which have much to be desired! The main highlight though was the food we cooked, which was soooo delicious and some of the best food we have had so far on our trip in Vietnam! We also left with the recipes so we can attempt to make at home for friends & family. Thank you Jessica & family for being so welcoming and friendly, we loved it! Rachel & Ali
