This tour is the best way to understand the different cultures we have to offer while exploring the local villages Optional stop for lunch in the Garifuna village of Punta Gorda for a local Garifuna lunch or in the touristy town of West End for a local fresh seafood lunch or the tipical Honduran plate (Baleada) where you will eat like a local. Lunch and drinks not included. Their will be time for shopping (in the local village of West End) and swimming on Roatan's most famous beach (West Bay) which is the most beautiful beach of Central America. Swimsuit is recomended plus extra cash for shopping and food and drinks. This tour is done at your own pace, with your guide and driver. It will be our pleasure to show you our beautiful island.

    Visit the local village of Flowers Bay where the locals live and see the colorful houses and also that is where the Roatan sign is, we stop there for photos.

Characterized by being a community of friendly people who are ready to show you their culture. Punta Gorda has numerous bars, restaurants, so that the weary traveler can relax and try the traditional Giffity. Without forgetting its traditional dance called “Punta” which becomes quite a spectacle allowing tourists, locals and nationals alike, to stop and dance to the rhythm of the Caribbean.

Website says “Visiting the different villages of Roatan, Mangrove.” But, it is just a drive through Punta Gorda, and to the Mangrove boat section. We were only informed by driver on the way to mangrove that we needed to pay extra for the true mangrove tour. We feel deceived, and robed. It was more like paying for a taxi ride that charged $47 per person. Driver was nice but true guide experience was not offered.

Lovely views. Nice people. Roads were clear of weeds, but some potholes need fixing. The Taxi driver said the governor was trying to fix the roads.

We loved our tour. Our guide was wonderful and was very helpful getting my husband in and out of the vehicle. Our guide tailored the tour to our preferences. I would certainty like to go again.
