Zero stars are not an option so enjoy your free star. Poor communication throughout the entire process. I finally received a message about 90 minutes before the start time that they understood the pickup location. Despite sending me a message 90 minutes earlier, they never showed up and visitor still had not refunded our money.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and gave us a great tour. His car was clean & air conditioned. I have trouble with stairs & getting in & out if the car & our guide was very caring. Would highly recommend this tour.
