If we could rate it higher we would! Ed was amazing. He was informative, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. The food was a great mixture of noodles, meats, dim sum, tea, bakery and dried fruit. Something for everyone! This is a must do! Highlight of our trip. Thank you Ed!

Our guide Ed took us on a culinary, cultural, and sight-seeing tour of Central and Shuen Wang. The tour showcased a variety Hong Kong cuisine from long-established places, some of which have been run by a number of generations. Everything we ate was excellent! Highlights for me were the wonton noodles shop, roast meat restaurant, and preserved fruits shop. I will forever compare future consumption of wonton noodles and BBQ pork based on what I ate during this tour ????. The tour was enhanced by stops along the way at temples, markets, and landmarks and the history of the two districts.

Despite living in Hong Kong for many years, there were still plenty of things we discovered today thanks to our brilliant guide Ed. Almost 4 hours walking around Central and Sheung Wan, discovering little gems, listening to historic secrets and tasting Chinese specialties.
