    Wouldn't use this service again. QR didn't come. Staff had no idea what to do and I had to purchase new ticket so cost me double. Betcha don't get offered a refund! Never again!

    Victor sent me what I thought was my ticket and I spent 3 hours at the Airport looking for the tour company as stated in the instructions. I ended up just paying fir my ticket again. So many emails from Viator before my trip even one that said here's your ticket didn't even open it till after I arrived with a different scanning code l. Why open it I already according to them I had what I needed.

    It could not be used with this barcode and was repurchased. I want my original money back. I will never use it again!
