The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The Plaza Premium Lounge has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had very relaxing and pleasant stay.
The lounge exceeded our expectations. It was quiet and not at all crowded. The dining area offered a wide variety of snacks and dishes and the resting area sufficed. The place provides a shower in a private spacious room containing various hygiene products. There is a nice view of the near mountains and city. The staff was polite and happy to help.
overall a very relaxing and professional environment.

It was a complete waste of my money. My voucher clearly stated that this Lounge was OPEN from 8.00am in the morning. I paid for 6 hours. However on arrival at the lounge it didn't open until 12.00pm. I flew out at 3.00pm. So Booking.com ripped me off. Lounge basic. All hard back chairs. No recliners. Food basic. Don't waste your money

…that gets you access, or any of the other ones instead, then it’s worth coming here to wait for your flight as HKG is fairly lacking in seating for passengers BUT I wouldn’t pay to come in here to be honest.
