The Plaza Premium Lounge has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

…that gets you access, or any of the other ones instead, then it’s worth coming here to wait for your flight as HKG is fairly lacking in seating for passengers BUT I wouldn’t pay to come in here to be honest.

The terminal 1 lounge is currently not open until 3pm due to Covid restrictions. It would been good to know that before buying as I arrived at 8am.

I’ve previously stayed at the plaza lounge at Changi airport and have always had amazing food, customer service and there seating is truely comfortable and spacious. I thought I could expect the same in Hong Kong but that’s definitely not the case.
The receptionists vibe towards me changed as soon as I asked for assistance due to a lower back/hip injury. The first thing she tells me is that i’m not allowed my trolley, I then see she let asian couples bring their trolleys in. Their actions made me feel more like a nuisance then a welcomed PAYING customer.
The food is also extremely basic especially for what’s supposed to be a “premium lounge”. The food stalls are better and have a wider range and are quiet cheap.
The bathroom amenities are really nice but it’s the smaller details you really notice and in my case there was mould all in the corners of my shower.
The furniture, as pretty as it may look is also extremely uncomfortable. Great for tiny people but not so much for taller people.
