Cooking has been one of my biggest interests since I was a kid as my Mom taught me how to make different types of Chinese dishes. Especially traditional dumplings in which it is our regular custom that gathers all the family together to prepare, wrap and cook. I would love to share this happy experience with guests from preparation to sitting around the table and enjoying the food. This workshop was broadcasted in Russia TV (Moya Planet) in March 2018. It was also featured in West Australian newspaper in Perth in 04 April 2019

The market walk to get ingredients was a highlight. Our guide was very informative and explained what we were seeing. The dumpling making was very hands on and fun. And of course delicious at the end!

We enjoyed a lovely and fun evening very much, with a walk through the local market, followed by making the most delicious chinese dumplings from scratch, well guided by Feliz. Well fed and very satisfied with the experience! :)

I attended the course only this evening with my daughter and we are still savouring the experience and of course the dumplings. The guided visit to Temple Market prior to the course in a local cafe added valuable relevance and context. Feliz led the cookery course ever so well and promptly followed up with the recipes. An absolute must if planning a stopover in Hongkong.
