Fun, interactive, experimental are key elements in this tea workshop. Approach tea with 5 senses (see, touch, sniff, eat, sip, slurp, etc) guided by Vivian Mak, Founder of MingCha. You will able to understand the classification of tea (Green, Red and Oolong) and its production process. You will master the brewing technique using the traditional Gai Wan. What's more? You will learn how to pair 3 teas with 3 snacks. It will change the way you see tea. Recommend for tea lovers or non-tea drinkers. Great for couple, friends and family with kids.

We had an amazing time at the Tea Tasting and Pairing Concept Workshop at MingCha Tea House. Vanessa and Vivian were passionate, hilarious, and super knowledgeable. So grateful for them making my girlfirend’s birthday a special one. This workshop was one of the highlights of our 6 weeks in China. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Cheers to more sips and laughs! ????

We explored the area and discovered this tea house. The experience was extremely positive and rewarding. We were able to deepen our knowledge of tea. We are very grateful for this experience and heartily recommend it to others. Vivian is truly an expert in what she does and how she conveys information to guests????

Went there with a tea lover a coffee drinker and one in between and we all learned a lot. Vivian was our host and she did a great job making it a truly learning experience but also exciting and fun. We didn’t bring kids, but that was definitely a mistake, because Vivian is so inclusive that it would also be a great and welcoming experience for kids as well. Give yourself some time to find the place. See you next time we are in HK
