Wish I had checked the reviews on here before I booked with Cab My Ride. We paid £330 for a return trip to Gatwick. The ride out was fine, but the return was diabolical. The driver was 2 hours late. We had NO communication from Cab My Ride and had to keep phoning them to find out what was going on. When our Cab finally arrived, they had sent a VW Touran which is a 5 seater with 2 extra child's seats in the boot which leaves no luggage space, to pick up 5 adults plus suitcases. We ended up crammed into our seats with suitcases ontop of us. I've asked Cab my Ride for an explanation or apology, but have received nothing. Dreadful company, stick to established firms like Viking Cars and give these charlatans a very wide berth. I certainly won't be using them again. Sorry I have to give them 1 star. That is far more than they deserve.

The car was spotless, 2021 BMW, conversation was amazing, Actually the service was so good I used the service from Gatwick to Portsmouth & 10 days later, Southampton to central London.
I'll always use this company moving forward.

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
