Lovely scenery but the horses were very sad. As experienced horse people, it hurt us to see their ribs sticking out and the deadness in their eyes. Their hackamores were cruelly tight. They are marched straight up a mountain on concrete and straight back down. A lot to ask of any animal. Sorry, but it’s true! ????

Had a great time! Tour Guide was awesome! He was very attentive and he explained about all the important tidbits and he spoke English and Spanish.

Great experience with Gonzalo . Very friendly . He let us trot with the horses and took us on an lazing hike to the magnificent La Fortuna waterfall. Arthur Englard
