The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your safety is our crew’s biggest priority. Before your journey even begins, your driver completely disinfects the vehicle and places free hand sanitizer in the back seat. One of our professionally-trained drivers will greet you with a name sign in the arrivals terminal of the airport, will offer to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you are going to Houston, this is the car service you need to use. We went to Houston for the first time and it was a life changing experience. The process from booking was easy and smooth. Our driver drove us to beautiful Houston. He did an amazing job of taking us around. He is very passionate about the city and helped us understand many things. My family and I will always be grateful to remember this wonderful experience. are truly amazing.

The concept is good - cars available at a nearby hotel, which means they can use the hotel shuttle AND tag-team with customers staying at the hotel - but execution was terrible. Arrived to pick up my pre-reserved, pre-paid-for car, only to be told they didn't have any cars to rent and were 'sold out'. But I should totally hang around because they were just waiting on people to return their cars and then one would be available for me. It was 1pm. "Are you expecting any returns within the hour so I can go to my wedding?" "Well, people have until 8pm to return." Said with a straight face. Craziness. Not only that, but they continued to field calls from people at the airport and gave them directions to the shuttle, all the while knowing they had NO CARS TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE when they arrived!!! Profit over customer service. Zero stars.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
