I’ve been waiting for the driver since 8:00am ready! There’s usually a call from the driver of their estimated arrival time, there was nothing. It seemed suspicious and this company number isn’t on WhatsApp so I was hesitant on using my phone service WASTING my own money on a call. I patiently waited, at 8:14 I finally decided to leave an email asking what was going on (I have screenshots). No one responded. I called at 8:40 now using my phone service and a lady told me that the driver has left already. I asked her why didn’t no one call or respond to my email?? She says the driver doesn’t call the guests. If he doesn’t why wasn’t my email even responded to. She even said that the driver came at 8:20. There was more than enough time for me to walk back to the lobby!! I asked is there another driver to come get me. She says no and SUGGESTED I CALL AN UBER or move the booking to tomorrow but I fly back home tomorrow. I told her why would I call a $50usd uber on top of the $5 call I just spent when I paid full price for the experience. She continuously suggests the options she said earlier not realizing how much of an inconvenience that is for me . I asked for a partial refund if anything that’s me paying for my Uber there and she said no. This was entirely unprofessional how they handled business. A late driver with no contact, no understanding in refunds, etc. Not to mention the other bad reviews they have.
