Five stars for the guide and driver, one for the tour company. The tour clearly says ‘English’, but we were added to a tour with a big Vietnamese family. The tour guide spoke limited English and could not explain the sites in any details. She did help us book an English guide at the citedal, which was very nice of her. We feel there may not have been enough people signing up to the English tour, so we got put into a local tour. There were way too many stops at local shops, the pearly shop, herb shop and snack shop were not so good.
