Thousands of people were killed by artillery and infantry weapons in hours of shooting.
- Long Hung Church: This church in Quang Tri, Vietnam fell victim to 8 continuous days of bombings by South Vietnamese and American troops during the Vietnam War. The church has remained untouched and basically remains as it was immediately after the bombings occurred.which was a battlefield in 1972 between North and South Vietnam for 81 days and nights.
Quang Tri Ancient Citadel: is seen as an eye-witness of fierce battles during the anti-American resistance war in 1972. We had a wonderful tour to the DMZ and the tunnels. Our guide told us a lot about the history and answered every question we had. Also we booked last minute everything was well organized.

We arrived in Hue early on a Sunday morning with nothing booked. Within 30 minutes they organised a guide and a driver for us to do 4 out of 5 of the main sites. Highly recommend
