Nunca llegó nadie a recogernos. Espero que me devuelvan el dinero y consiga contactar con alguien que me resuelva esto (de momento no he conseguido). Pésima atención al cliente, nunca volveré a contratar nada con esta compañía. Estafa.

The driver never showed up, we called the agency and they couldn't find our booking (which I had confirmed by email). Regular taxi costs the same.
