Nous avons eu des scooters tout neuf, iso étaient top et ne consommaient pas du tout ! Très belle expérience et la compagnie était très gentille et professionnelle.

Amazing experience and excellent customer service! Han met us at our hotel in Hue and carefully explained in detail the route we would take, recommendations for food stops, and how to use the bike, incl tips for gas fill up. He even arranged for our 2 suitcases to be transferred even though we only ordered 1 bike. Even after we arrived, he checked in with us to ask how we were enjoying Hoi An and offered more local tips. Thank you very much Han and team!

Wir haben ein Motorrad 3 Tage im Voraus reserviert und bezahlt. Das ganze inklusive Gepäcktransportservice zum Hotel. Der Tacho war defekt und sowohl die Kupplung wie auch deren Befestigung am Lenkrad funktionierten nicht wirklich. Nach einer ca. 7h langen Motorradtour waren wir dann etwas überrascht, unser Gepäck an der Motorradrückgabestation in Hoi An vorzufinden. Auf Nachfrage, wann es denn zu unserem Hotel gebracht wird, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich es selber dahin bringen muss. Als ich dann freundlich darauf hinwies, dass es abgesprochen war und uns zugesichert wurde, dass es von der Firma bis zum Hotel geliefert wird, wurde mir erneut gesagt, dass ich es selbst hinbringen muss. Im Anschluss wurde ich dann links liegen gelassen. Danke für nichts. Es gibt günstigere Anbieter mit besserem Service. Einmal und nie wieder.
