Your driver never showed up to pick us up. We had our hotel clerk call the tour operator anf they said they had no record of such booking. This ruined our entire day since we had to make our own transportation to catch our Viking cruise in Passau.

We arranged for a driver to pick us up at the docks in Passau after a cruise to take us to Prague. Our driver was right on time. He was helpful with our luggage and we had nice conversations about Prague and the Czech Republic on the drive. He took us right to our Airbnb. It was so peasant and easy. I would use Viator again!
