It was our first time ride in helicopter, we were greeted really nicely by the pilot, he took our pictures, explained us the safety procedure as well. Even our 16 month old baby was great in the flight. It was awesome experience, must do for everyone once in hunter valley. We got to see great views and HV helicopters were really accommodating as well. We postponed it to a day later as it was raining on the day we were suppose to go for the ride. I will recommend them to everyone.

The pilot was extremely accommodating and informative given it was our first time on a helicopter. Our son especially had a great time.
