    Get into gear and conquer the sand dunes. Let the desert flash past you and feel the adrenaline rush through your body. After about an hour you will reach your destination – a Bedouin village. Here you can relax, drink black tea, and experience the Bedouin lifestyle. You can also enjoy a camel ride before heading back through the sand dunes to the starting point.

Too long ride (approx. 45min-1h one way) and return on a stony, dusty dessert without sand. Don't mistake it with soft white sand dunes from Dubai. Instructor is very assertive and strict like military drill. Due to stony and very bumpy ground conducting quad bike is hard work, nothing for people with back problems. Camel riding is alright, bedouin village is very poor. Be equipped with enough water, you get only a small cup of tea. Be aware you are super dirty after the ride. 2€ bike googles rent is mandatory, 4€ for safari face cover, better bring your own (hijab). Personally the landscape is not very attracting in comparison to the beautiful dunes in Dubai. The atmosphere is not fun at all, it is more like a military drill ride. The photographer is a nuisance. Personally, we regret taking this activity, Hurghada has better sites.

We were lucky to be the only to book at that particular time, so we enjoyed a private guide/photographer. Peter was our guide/photographer and he is a professional photographer with a lot of great ideas for photos and videos.
