So that everyone can form their own opinion:
We went through Bella tour which is only an intermediary for the VESPER group with whom we sailed.
The transaction went very well with excellent communication and very good responsiveness. The person from BELLA TOUR was present before and after our performance to inquire about our day.
# positive points:
- Many multicoloured fish, very pretty, of different shapes on the coral reef
- The colour of the water
- The boat was quite spacious and correct
- The smile of most staff members
- The very attractive price
# negative points:
- 30 minutes late for the person who came to pick us up. Without any excuse or smile.
- very large group: 58 people on the boat without the babies and without the staff members. (it was indicated 30 people on the site) Do not hope to have a quiet day! ????
- There had to be 2 stops to observe the fish, there was only one.
- The meal: pasta, rice, potatoes and some extra vegetables accompanying nuggets and a small roll of industrial beef... no dessert!! A disappointment... but less than some participants who had been sold a meal of fresh fish with their feet in the water in Orange Bay.
- We had chosen Paradise: we were strongly advised to go only to orange bay "like everyone else", because that day "the water would have been colder in paradise and there would have been too many people..." ????
- The world precisely in Orange bay! Mind-blowing. People are parked in boxes, in which cushions are aligned in the shade. It is a large wooden complex made to welcome tourists en masse on a desert island.... Not an ounce of vegetation. Don't look for calm!!!
- The sand is not soft. Lots of pebbles
- Namely: there are no fish to observe. You just have to go there for the blue of the water and the sky (which is the case) and take nice photos
- Refusal by the staff to lend me a diving suit when some who came to "diving" had finished and no longer used it... I was frozen after 30 minutes of snorckeling..... Not very nice...☹️
- Return at 6:30 p.m. to the dock. So 2h30 late... "Sorry, but that's how it is". We had been on the edge for an hour without wanting to make "the banana", but no choice, we had to look at the others...
