I would definitely recommend this class with the lovely Fumi! She showed us how to make 8 kinds of sushi (sashimi) and miso soup. Fumi was kind and knowledgeable throughout the 2 hours. The food we made was tasty also. The cookery school was ideally located next to Dotonburi which meant it took no extra travel time away from our trip to Osaka. Aisling.

My husband and I attended a basic sushi class with Fumi which was really enjoyable. We learned how to make nigiri sushi and miso soup. Fumi’s knowledge of food and cooking instructions were brilliant. I would highly recommend this class to experience Japanese cuisine.
