大学時代の同級生とプチ同窓会！ 思い出作りに、体験に参加しました。 何度も丁寧に根気よく握り方を学び、最後はお寿司屋さん????の様に❣️ 握るのも見た目も味も、楽しく美味しく頂きました。最初の手作り模型での握り方練習❗️ 重さを選べて、自分の手に合うサイズ感が 判り始めての感覚でした。

本番は八貫。 しかしながら、練習で十貫以上の高級なネタで丁寧に教えて頂き握らせて下さいました。 寿司って自分で握れるもんなんですね！ 回っているお寿司よりも格段に美味しいお寿司に自画自賛。 本番で握らなかったお家で使いやすい具材とかのお寿司も美味しくて感動！！ ってか超楽しかったー!!
