You'll get a hands-on training from a qualified instructor. You'll master how to make ramen from scratch. Also two different types of gyoza. The class turned into a fun evening. Fumi was a great instructor and the food turned out fantastic. The setting is intimate and it was a good opportunity to get to know other travelers and share experiences.

I cannot recommend this experience enough. Fumi was an excellent cooking instructor and made us feel at ease. The class was around 3 hours long and we walked through a step by step process of how to make ramen noodles and gyoza that we could then enjoy at the end. The environment is very professional and Fumi is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English as she walked us through step by step. Thank you Fumi, we can’t wait to try make those dishes again at home!

Fantastic! I went as a solo traveller and got to meet some other people. Food was delicious and really fun to make and listen to Tumi teach. Really enjoyable experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Osaka!
