You'll get a hands-on training from a qualified instructor. You'll master how to make three types of ramen in just one experience. You'll make ramen noodles from scratch. You'll learn unique cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. Vegetarians are welcome. Let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

This was a really fun class! The instructor had fantastic English. The class was well organised; she took her time explaining each step. The class also gives you a chance to meet new people.

The cooking course was phenomenal. Our host was fun and friendly while maintaining structure to the class and providing exceptional instruction. My partner and I had a chance to speak to other course mates from around the world, learn about Japanese cuisine, and enjoy delicious food.
