    DO NOT USE!! I have had a terrible experience with this boat company. We had to cancel our booking back in 2020 due to covid and received a voucher. when we tried to use our voucher, they placed ridiculous rules and made it really hard to use the voucher without paying significantly higher than originally quoted and higher rates than they were advertising for new bookings. (for the same boat, numbers and trip) They have totally ruined my friends Hen as now we cannot afford to rebook. The customer service was awful, nice to you when they think your a new booking but then rude when you ask to use the voucher.
