We booked this tour in Viator and confirmed the tour with the company via WhatsApp. Brayan was the one who stayed in touch with us from the time we arrived in Lima and then from that point he was always offering his help. Our bus from Paracas to Ica was almost 2 hrs late and he was patiently waiting for us at Ica. When we arrived he picked us up and we went to 3 different Pisco distilleries. Tacama was very good with a lot of history and good quality wines and also Pisco. Then we went to El Calavedo and their Pisco is very very good. Also was the third one and it's a very small and interesting one with a small museum on the side. They produce sweet wines mostly. After the tour we asked Brayan to arrange sand buggies for us for the sunset and he did it immediately and dropped us off there and took our luggage to the hotel. We really recommend this company for your Ica and Huacachina adventure. They are flexible and it's very easy to work with them.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
